[PCM Bug] - Update display fails to convey useful information

When updates hit the car there is a brief pop up that describes which component is being updated. However these are easy to miss (after all we are driving) and they stack up in the updates area all with the same generic title.

Clicking them to clear the update notification just unhelpfully says the update was completed successfully. Over and over.
