PCM data connection issue

I can’t turn on the heat or cool anymore via the app. All of a sudden its been saying the below. Ive tried restarting my wifi, also just using LTE. I tried shutting off the wifi in the car and back on.

Any advice?

Do all of your other connectivity features work in the car? Bluetooth, Apple Music, Online voice recognition?

My Communications Module crapped out and I lost all of this. It needed to be replaced at the dealers, took a day for them to resolve as the parts were in stock.

When you turn on the car, you up in the overhead console you should have a solid green light, this is the LTE connection. If you do not have the light after several minutes, you have an issue with the communications module or sim registration.
