PCM issue & dashcam

I’m seeing 2 issues with my new 4S:
1. My Porsche dashcam tries to re format every 20 seconds, and announces it which is flipping annoying.
2. When I shut the car down I get the following message ‘The PCM can only be used when the battery charge is sufficient’ my battery is at 80%.

Anyone experienced either of these?

Isnt the seconds one about the 12v battery, and not the HV battery? Once in a while I see the message too, but I assume the 12v powers PCM screens.

I get number 2 frequently, like 50% of the time when I turn the car off ... like Jasper said, it has to do with the 12v battery, not your big HV battery.

Can't help with the dashcam thing, mine is not the OEM Porsche
Maybe your SD card is failing, or try a factory reset?, it's press (and hold) the power button on the camera until you hear a beep.

I would say the SD card in your dashcam has failed.

I also get that PCM message pretty much every time I turn the car off. Minorly annoying, just thought it was normal and I ignore it. It’s happened since the car was new. Not sure if that’s indicative of an issue.

Mine is from a "brand" called ARB, on aliexpress
Same style as the popular fitcamx, well the discreet version ... I initially ordered that style from fitcamx but they sent me a somewhat bigger/less discreet style.
Anyway, it taps into the power of the rain-sensor with an included cable, just plug & play. (not for recording when you are parked/car turned off)
