I’ve had this about four times since I got the car mid-March.

I’m struggling to recreate it and generally a power down and restart fixes it. Seems that from vehicle unlock and PCM power-up the touch screen is totally unresponsive. The PCM itself still works via voice, the lower haptic screen and the steering wheel controls.

There’s no way to reset it using the two-finger-in-the-top-corner method as touch isn’t working.

Anyone else experienced this?

Hmm, odd not experienced this in either Taycans so far.

Suggest a dealership trek.

Yeah, I've seen it once, and there have been other reports on here that I've seen (since I looked for it when I hit it). It's annoying.

i had it once over the weekend. I used a microfibre cloth to clean the screens before setting off on a journey, and soon afterwards noticed the the main screen was unresponsive. As mentioned by the OP the two finger trick didn’t work nor did shutting down and restarting the PCM via the lower screen. A short full power down and restart while pulled into a lay-by also failed, however after a longer full power down at my destination the upper touch-screen function was restored.

It seems to happen if you try to use it too early in after boot when getting in the car but I’ve not been able to deliberately replicate that.

I have a 2023 ct 4s and my screens have gone blank 4 times in a month. There is a problem with 2023 computers and porsche Is taking my car in and will probable put a new computer system in ,next week. There are problems with 2023 computers so I would bring car into dealer asap , Porsche is aware of the problems.

I have a 2023 cross tourismo 4 s and my screen goes blank about every third time I use the car. I have had the car since early march and only 1800 miles. My screen pcm has gone blank about 7 or 8 times. Porsche says they are working on a software fix and said they are having this problem on all 2023 Taycans , cayenne and Macon, I don’t believe it. I just told my dealer and Porsche co I want a new car or my money back. 6 months is long enough to get it fixed. I can’t and won’t go on a long trip can’t be trusted for PCM to work. I believe all Porsche owners should do the same if they are having this problem.

Exactly what i just did now. (Well plus i stupidly scratched the passenger side dash by mindless mistake). Did let it sit and return fixed yours?
