Mine has happened more than since last weekend. I'm trying to nail down the variable involved and whilst I can't say I've done that 100%, it does seem to be prevalent on routes that involve stopovers, either ones I've planned, or charging stops that the PCP plans. I can't work out if it is because I invariably charge for longer than it wants, or something else though! Regardless, it's pretty annoying.
I've not used stopovers since the major software update (uPdate) of last year and last week was the first time. I'm guessing that may be contributing to the problem as it was perfect prior.

I had this issue for a couple of days at New Year. It would not show SOC at destination even on short trips. Hasn't reoccurred since.

Just because I love to keep this thread going - my car failed to calculate its charging plan for the entirety of the 130mile journey I made this morning. It is the first time that has happened from the start of a journey and it was fine yesterday.

I *think* it is something with operating the car whilst it is charging (I opened the boot of the car this morning whilst it was still charging) and this seems to be the only common theme I can think of e.g. in the past I have experienced this when I've had a stopover to charge the car, and then might inadvertently have turned the car on whilst it is charging (having turned it off initially). It was recently at my Porsche garage and I mentioned it to them (again) and they could find nothing wrong. There clearly is.

Anyone else have this problem? If so, any idea what causes it?

I had this once on my 4S with Charging Planner active then deactivating it and using NAV on its own - got stuck in a loop.

Power off normally clears it.

Powering off for most of the day didn't clear mine. I had a short drive to my hotel after work and it was still not working. Luckily I know how much charge I need to get home and where the charging points are otherwise I'd be screwed.

Soft reset - 2 fingers top right I think.

My car does this all the time. Never did it pre the software big update. Started literally doing it day I picked it up from software update. I’m sure a few have said this started after software update.

What’s the 2 finger soft reset?
