- Ordering 2021 Taycan RWD

I have an EA station close to home, so I charge my Taycan 21 RWD there time to time.
Plug and charge had been working well for a while, and today I got a 'payment denied` message.
Tried again, and the station didn't even recognize the plug and charge (no `initializing charge` message)
I tried to reset the charging setting and so but no avail.
Interestingly, I was able to start charging by the NA app without turning off the plug and charge option.
Later a gentleman with 4S came, and he was also back and forth between the car and charger as I left the station...
FYI, my charing NA app is missing the history of today's charing.
I've planned a long roadtrip this weekend, and I'm worried now because some stations may not have good cell phone coverage.

from lower SOC than before. Ok, whatever, still 30min of free charging. Then, new one at this charger, the plug doesn't release. After pressing the button a number of times, light turns from white to red
