Porsche app not connecting to car

So last week I used direct charging to charge to 100% for a quick trip. Since that time the Porsche app on my phone still shows the state of charge before the direct charge. For example the app shows 36%/87 miles but the car shows 89%. App says "just updated" and does not throw an error. Car appears to be connected as normal. Any ideas what the issue could be?

Never seen something similar …in more than four years.
Have you tried to lock/unlock vehicle with app?

Same here since October 17th. PCM connections work fine. It’s going into service next Friday, hope they can fix this.

Porsche dealers said; log out of app, log out off Porsche.
Close the door lock.. wait 1 minute. Get back in, re connect with your account in the car
(Did not work with mee the first 5 times, after 2 day’s of trying it worked, 2 weeks later, same shit)
After reconnection, log back in you app.

Thanks for all the replies. I'll give these a try. I did call PCNA and they just told me to take it to a dealer. I'm half tempted to just cancel Porsche Connect; the dealer will charge me $270/hour with a 2 hour min to diagnose and repair my $200/year Porsche Connect...

This thing is starting to smell like a money pit...

This happened to me about a year ago. There are other threads on this topic. After about a week of fretting about it, it the car reconnected with the LTE interface and app connectivity returned. I did nothing.

Took over a month but as I was driving the car in for service, the LTE came back on and now everything works... So odd.

I have the same issue since Oct 4th, hope it will resolve by itself after few days and tried to avoid a trip to service center. I contact PCNA few weeks later and did all the troubleshooting over the phone, nothing works. They scheduled a service for me, my Taycan is currently in the service center getting repaired.

FYI, my stopped during one of the rare times I was charging to 100%.
My started working when it was on a standard overnight charge to 80%.

I use the charge point in-home level 2 installed charger...

My Taycan is going in next Monday.
First time it happened I could log back in after a weeks of trying.
Now again 7-8 weeks not possible to log in.
The PCM on Porsche is Shit!
My second car is a Tesla y and if you look at software and electronics it’s a way better car!
I still love the Taycan but for a 180k car …. 🤬
