Glad to hear you got your car back Frank. I think you said it had been in for a while. I hope it is all resolved as you expect.
It was there almost a week for its first service because their technician was unable to download data from my car. Porsche germany gave them the green light to return the car but I don't know if they got data. They did upload some monitoring software to the car.

Okay glad Im not the only one facing these Porsche connect issues - I hope their move to a more developed AI front actually means better software service across the board for all cars - there should be more visibility for us when things are done and how long we should be expected to wait for them to come back up

Suspect that's the battery monitoring stuff which is on release this quarter as part of the latest campaign.

Preconditioning not working again, app says data services must be connected - unaware that I had disconnected them! As I'm typing this its sprung into life, now preconditioning, hurray!

I thought that but was told that was not expected to be ready until late March.

PSM then if you were getting the brake hose recall work done - that is a major software upgrade in terms of time required.

Very strange. Mine is plugged in and I am trying to get it to pause based on the schedule fron Octopus, but it is charging even though direct charging is not on. Hopefully just a few glitches and they'll sort themselves out...

I had the brake pipes done in September.
This was the first service after 2 years and whatever procedures were specified by Porsche.

I have a recall scheduled in for the end of January for the software so maybe consider contacting your local Porsche Centre

Had the LTE issue last Wed.
My car could detect the onboard Vodafone SIM and it showed it had signal. But it wouldn't connect to the internet meaning all related services went down. So, anything app related and the car couldn't communicate with the Porsche servers.

No home consumer fix for mine.
Had to go to the dealer - a pain as it was with them that Mon and Tue! - and it's 1 hour each way.
Fix took them 10 mins - they had to restart a module. And the dealer was great.
Did it cost something to fix it at the dealer? Mine does not have warranty and I have to wait another month or so (to have 3 months of ownership) until I can purchase the extended warranty.

Dealer did the fix for free.
Car was under warranty. No idea if they'd charge if outside of warranty.
Only took a few mins with a laptop and a bit of software which isn't available in the My Porsche app.
