Porsche connect down in the UK

Thanks, did you pull a fuse or disconnect the battery for a few minutes. I'm told the comms module has its own 7v battery so thought was a 12v reset might not work.

I did the battery for a couple of minutes

Great, if Reading can't look at it in the next few days I'll try that. The Porsche Connected guys suggested it should go in even if it comes back on as there may be an underlying problem as it has happened twicw now so probably better for them to diagnose while not working.
Hope your fix does the trick for you and issue doesn't reoccur.

Is it down currently? Can’t get app to connect for 2 hours? Is the app not concerting a sign of server down?
