Hi everyone, some thoughts / advice needed please.
I bought a used 73 plate Taycan cross turismo (private sale) last year which I’ve really enjoyed driving. 3 months ago the app stop connecting with the car so after a few reset attempts guided by Porsche customer service, I was asked to take it to a dealer for a hard reset.
It’s been 10 weeks now and the car is still with them after attempting to replace multiple parts and trying various software updates guided by PAG.
They’ve recently given me a Macan T petrol to keep me mobile but 10 weeks of attempts to fix the problem to no avail seems a bit unreasonable, would you not agree?
Curious if anyone has had any similar experiences. At what point do they decide it can’t be repaired and what can I expect in return. Also what sort of goodwill have people received in similar situations?
appreciate your thoughts/guidance
