Have you gotten your car yet? My delivery date to the dealer was today, but software update still not done.
Not the same dealer/location but it took 3 days for my dealer to do whatever was needed including the software updates. Although the car is now ready I can’t pick it up as the loan paperwork at my tiny local bank is processing ever so slowly. But I’m getting a great rate so I don’t mind waiting till next week. Lol.
Curious to know, what rate did you get? I got financing from my small bank at 7.49% for 72 months.
5.25 / 48mo. My dealer is pissed . Lol. The best he can do is 5.9. The difference is $2000 so it’s a no-brainer. Of course you also have to factor in loan fees which differ from one lender to anothe. Lots of research needed.

Oh I just looked. It is different from state to state. My bank also made an exception and financed the whole amount of the car.
Sadly, no. TYD just updated again to expected delivery date of August 29th. I don't believe it, and expect it will be in September, but at this rate, could be October. It arrived in Benicia June 13th, having just missed the March 31st transport out of Emden to leave on May 5th. I understand there are thousands of Taycans in North America on software update holds.
