TYD says my car has left Jacksonville en route to PEC Atlanta at long last. Hopefully no more delays getting the battery recall taken care of.

My SA sent a note that the car is delivered, unloaded and it’s good to go. Can‘t pickup until 2nd week of Nov due to my travel schedule. SA said they will try to provide some warranty past 4y/50k (excessive delays). Wondering if someone is able to negotiate better successfully. Looking for something reasonable like service fees or so (don’t know how often, what needs to be serviced, or cost). Thoughts?

I’m in the “Same boat” . My TYD stopped updating and keeps Erroring out as of a few days ago, but the Glovis Clipper has left Benicia, so hopefully our cars are at the port lol.

Anyone get any updates? I wonder if it’s just my TYD busted

I'm financing - SFFCU has 0.99% APR for a 1 year term, so just spreading out the cash over a year instead of all-at-once.

I'm planning to PPF and keep the car long term, so not leasing...

I am able to track (inspector to see vessel I’d) and the map on TYD web works. (The app does not)

Nope, both the website and my dealers system shows the car still on the boat. The dealer was convinced the boat was still waiting to be unloaded till I showed them the map showing it clearly leaving, lol.
