Hi all, in TX now, but moving back to MN in about 2 years. I currently have the Power Charge Port optioned, but was wondering if anyone has had issues with them freezing shut in the winter? I personally spec'd them mostly for appearance, so if I need to remove them from my build it won't be a big deal.

Porsche is quite proud of the fact that they designed to "shake" loose in this exact circumstance - living in California I've not been able to "test" this feature - but given it was a focus off their design for it operate in cold/freezing weather I'd be surprised if you hand any trouble.

not a guarantee but when Porsche "focuses" on something they normally do a pretty good job.

Had it specced as the Porsche sales guy claimed it was designed with heat tracing. No idea if that is true but another owner I talked with claimed it froze all the time so I chose to go with the standard
