Interesting, I had my Tesla charger main beaker in the panel blow, It was a 45A, and the charger dip switches were set to 35A, using the Lectron adapter, came out and the light was red, the dash showed a HV battery yellow warning, nothing would work, not even neutral, so I disconnected the 12V battery to reboot the system, that error backed down a bit, so at least I could put the car in neutral, to get it towed, then the low 12 volt battery indicator came on, the car actually charged to 215 miles, so the HV trickle charge must not have kicked in. The dealer couldn't get the car to come on, when I told them about the 12V being low, they went "oh, let me charge it and see".
Other question, Would it be better to put a power outlet for the Porsche charger + rather than using the adapter? Might be an issue where the Tesla current limit was only to communicate to the Teslas, and the Tacan just pulled too much current? From what I gather, you have to pay for the remote app to control the charger settings?
