Replacing Taycan 4 S Rocker Panel

Has anyone replaced their Taycan 4 S rocker panel? Mine got a tear in it and I would like to replace it. I'm just wondering how difficult a job this is.
While we're at it two of my plastic jack points have gone missing.

I tried to replace the passenger side rocker panel(purchased from Suncoast) and got it mostly disconnected when I found it challenging to find the screws connecting the rocker panel at the wheel wells.
I gave up and took it to the dealer, who did it in about 30 minutes. In order to get to those screws you need to pull back the fender liner. If I needed to do it again, having watched the Porsche tech, I could do myself.
By the way, the protective cover had collected lots of dirt and gravel. It would make sense to clean out that debris periodically to avoid corrosion.

I replaced the right rocker panel for my ‘23 CT due to clipping a corner curb in a parking garage. It was two pieces and had to be painted to match. Plus, one jack point got ripped off too. Total cost at the dealer was -$1,850.

I have the two jack points on order and will get a purchase price from the local dealer for the "side sill" as Porsche calls it. Suncoast wants $165 plus tax and shipping.

Here is the smoking hole where the jack point should be. I believe they were all there last fall when I flushed the brake fluid at home. The jack points are $39 from Suncoast. I had a gift certificate from my son that I was able to use.

I had the same problem...twice.
I didn't realize that my chassis suspension was set on low, and hence scraped off the jack points.
Now I use the sat nav GPS to automatically lift the car as I arrive at the driveway.
