Parking next to a curb rates high on my list for electric mirrors.Just curious... why would you want to at this point? How many times could someone possibly hit your mirror? Surely it'd be cheaper just to replace if someone hits it. Do you use it to see if your car is locked or something?
I don’t think folding mirrors are required in order to have mirrors rotate down when backing. Folding mirrors rotates the entire enclosure when you lock the car.Parking next to a curb rates high on my list for electric mirrors.

Thanks. For me it's the opposite, I use the mirror to judge how close I am. But I guess if there's literally no room you have to do what you have to do. I remember when I was in one of those small parking lots in Europe and no sooner had I finished saying how I couldn't believe no one crashes here did an E-wagon back up into a pipe.Small parking lots in Belgium...
Narrow roads, I could fold them easily when crossing another car, the Taycan is quite wide.
