Server down? Europe Spain Nov 21

car parked in usual spot, cant connect using app. Anybody else have server issues in Europe today - specifically this evening since around 1900 CET?

I was getting app connection errors today at 4 pm Central in US.

still offline this morning.
VW Group can do hardware, but fails at software.
Since the unavailability seem to happen regularly on Tuesdays, maybe they are deploying developments to productive systems and then components crash?!
Just some speculation.


besides that, a holiday cannot be an excuse for service unavailability. There would be on call duty to get it back running asap.

Especially when customers rely on the app and pay 300€ p.a. for the service.

What a shambles. We all need to complain to Porsche that they need (a) increased reliability; but also (b) a public status page so we can see at a glance whether a problem is in the server or our car.

Same problem charging at Iberdrola in Ondara - La Marina today no charging with porsche card. Tarif ibedrola app 0,54 euro 180 kwh ?

I couldn't connect to the car this morning when I woke up, app told me privacy mode is activated, quickly checked on the drive, car was there. Got in to the car it connected without any issue. Not reliable connection. I hate to say, Tesla had a seamless connection.

After my experience (first long distance multi charge) i wrote an email to porsche customer services. I had the logs of the charging and inability to activate with the PCS card or app. I’d worked out the cost to me. Not a great deal approx €80 but after a couple of weeks they agreed to refund the difference.
