i'm assuming it's the sticker on the power button with instructions that would only apply to an ICE vehicle.

the words are out of focus so it's almost impossible to read, but the top refers to the key positions for Off/ACC/On and the bottom says not to crank the engine for too long or you'll ruin the starter.

it would maybe make more sense if it was a more common stereotype or nod to something Porsche does on ICE Vehicles, but i've never had a car that had that script around the keyhole.
