I hd similar in old car. I just googled and found a guy who specialised in repairing/renovating leather furniture (and car) repair. Got him to fix a bit on or sofa too. There will be someone out there. The guy who did ours left damage invisible.

Contact cement is the leather workers glue of choice. If the tears is a flap that just needs to be glued down, you could try the contact cement. I’m talking the kind in the small can with a brush attached to the lid.

Better to find an auto leather repair expert. They know the tricks for automotive leather and upholstery. Ask your dealership if they have an upholstery/leather repair guy that they recommend. There are specialists that visit dealers to do repairs.

I'd add, the guy who I used came out to the house. Obvious i guess as he did some inside stuff too!

THIS! ...have done this previously and you'd be amazed what they can repair and you literally cannot tell once complete. Done this a few times and I wouldn't sweat this and your dealer should be able to direct you to a really good repair contact.
