Snow inside rims makes suspension behave oddly

Wide rims are getting a solid coverage of snow inside them very rapidly when ever there's snow on the road - in here roughly half of the year.

All fine when the snow distributes evenly there but after a segment of it smashes somewhere inside the wheel arc - the car starts to feel like unbalanced washing machine. You need to stop and clean the rims soon..

What happens before you find a place for cleaning, is strange. The vehicle starts to bounce like there's no shock's in the rear at all!
I suppose the much vibrating rear suspension confuses the suspension control.
Driving this rabbit-like moving thing is awful and does not feel safe at all.

Anyone else found this phenomenon?

Note the horizont moving. The road in here is not wavy.

I haven't had that specific problem but I don't like the way snow will pack into the wheel arches.

Yes, have it happen frequently in Minnesota. If bad enough, will stop and use my long ice scraper turned around so the handle can get into smaller spaces and remove as much as possible. Also, frequent car washes to soften the snow up a bit. You can see the view down my driveway at one point this winter!

Snow covers inside of the rim while brake caliper ploughs a way for itself an polishes the surface forming ice.

Wheel arcs can be heavily packed with snow when there's some salt on a bit wet snow. Can jam the wheel!

But is there anyone who has noticed this suspension anomality when wheels are vibrating heavily?
