Sudden drastic loss of range

You very well may have a bad battery cell. Take the car down to 10-15% charge and let it sit overnight. If you have a bad cell, this should throw an error code.

I had a similar loss of range and was able to show the dealer my charging log book that demonstrated the range loss over essentially a week or so. My dealer eventually was able to see there were some bad cell(s). I'm waiting for the battery pack to be sent to a Porsche repair facility....

UPDATE: apparently since my 4 S is a 2020 they will be installing a re-man battery pack used in the 2023+ models. It is part number 9J1915100EX with a warranty which carries the remaining factory battery warranty.
