I have a MY23 Taycan with 11,500 miles on it. Typically in the summer, I've seen a range of over 300 miles on a 100% charge. The highest being 311 once. I went on a 6 week trip and left the car unplugged. Now when I charge to 100%, I only got a range of about 260 miles. That's normally what I see in the dead cold of winter.

Has anyone else seen this problem after leaving their Taycan sitting for a while? I'm hoping it's just a range calibration issue, but that doesn't seem to make sense given I have so many miles on the car already.

Maybe the guess-o-meter calculates with data from last month/couple of weeks. Since the car is not used last 6 weeks no data is available. So it falls back to some predefined consumption?

It is common that immediately after a charge to 100% and before driving the car, the range displayed in center console can be excessively high (300 - 310 miles).
Drive the car, and that range estimate drops quickly to a more realistic number.

This is nearly exactly my experience. 2022 Taycan RWD on 20" aero wheels. In Summer 2023, at 100% charge = ~300 miles range. Then drastic drop to ~245 miles in late Spring 2024. Puzzled about why. Range improve to ~260 miles at 100% charge in summer 2024.

Couple things to note. Change tires from NF0 Pirelli to CrossClimate 2. Lost ~20-25% range immediately. After 4000 miles driven range has improved. Current loss is about 10-15% range.

Had full alignment done.

Did an experient to test battery. Drove it down to <2% charge. Took it to DC fast charge. It added almost exactly the amount of charge expected in the usable buffer of the 93KWh pack, with only about 1% less than expected after 40,000 miles driven. So the batter seems fine.

tl;dr - might just be the tires.
