Has the region started working yet? Takes 500 miles or so normally for that to start charging the battery instead of just using the brakes.

The only thing extra I know of which reduces efficiency is the aero. The estate car body is less aerodynamic than the saloon meaning at the same steady speed it will be using more power.
I would guess the motors have similar efficiency so when producing the same power they will use about the same leccy. The GTS ST has about 20% higher drag than a 4S saloon so will consume more power, particularly at greater then town speeds. It has about 5% more rated power (I ignore the launch control power as irrelevant almost always and certainly for this question).

Edit.
The range calculator on the Porsche site shows about 5% less range for a GTS ST than a 4S in mixed driving and about 10% less motorway driving.
Using A/C Eco rather than standard makes a big difference in estimated range too.
