Thats strange. My dealer offers a maintenance plan for 5years or 150k km for 2500 euro’s. Do I need this?

No you don’t. Brakes after 6 years according to my dealer

My 2 year service is due Sept. 2023 and at that time I will have about 13,000 miles on the Taycan. Can this be pushed out to, say, the end of October and still remain in good graces w/ Porsche as far as recommended service intervals are concerned?

I did my 1st service @ 27k miles. Dealer said it was a freebie, but said he had to call Porsche HQ to get it qualified. Not sure what that means. Car was in for other issues, and they just took care of the 1st maintenance. So I think you can stretch it.
