To start, I love my Taycan, but the market is terrible.

According to CarEdge, Taycan is #6 worst selling car in US in March 2025 with a 229 day supply.

To me, anyone who cannot negotiate a hefty discount isn’t a savvy buyer.

Longer it sits, higher the variant, bigger the dealer, more discounts.

Most of the activity with Taycans is in the used, CPO, low end market. Sweet spot is $50k-$60k. This is hurting new Taycan sells too.
The market for EVs over $100k is very slim.

Expensive cars in general are not selling well right now.

My dealer in switzerland has a GT4 RS and a 718 Spider RS, both 2025 built equiped with newer amenities: wirless charger, etc. 0km on them. Both are 30-40k below msrp for swiss.

And 911 also isn't doing so hot, albeit not to such a big degree.

And in USA, you can;t expect EVs to sell well when the country is run by a baboon that is anti EV despite being co-funded in part with russia, by a baboon owner of an EV maker.

That's a little unfair to baboons!

Do we really have to devolve into name calling? This is not the forum for this kind of childish behavior. I, for one don't wish to read content like this. We have enough vitriol worldwide.
