Very impressive indeed....
after 8 months and 10,000 miles (16,000km) of similar driving I get around 199 miles at 85% charge at this time of the year (10C outside temp), so extrapolated range of 235 miles (375km) at 100%. Could go up to 250 miles (400km) at 100% during summer time (25C oustide temp); and as low as 190 miles (300km) in winter (sub zero temperature).
4S + big battery; 21'' summer kit; 20'' Porsche winter kit.

Makes sense. Lowest I've seen this winter was about 145 miles @ 85%.

Best I've seen so far, 68 degree weather, 214 @ 100%.

My range has been very close to EPA when driven gently. It's below when driven like a Porsche should be driven.

I just finished charging back up to 85% SoC. Taycan 4S with 19" aero wheels. 85% SoC now shows with 250 miles (402 km) range which extrapolates to 294 miles (473 km) at 100% charged. The outside temperature at this moment is 12C (54F) and the temperature in my garage is 19C (66F). 300 miles (483 km) or more (cfr. @feye ) in the summer must therefore be possible or even likely.

Amazing range. I got 185.2 miles of range yesterday @85% charge. Guesstimate was 212 @85% before I started. Best I've ever seen is 214 @ 100%

@John89 I guess we attribute the difference to you having a Turbo S with 21" tires and mine being a 4S on 20".
Both plenty of range.

Must be Carmine Red Taycan 4S North America commonality.

Just the color and the model, it doesn't matter where the electrons come from!

If you think your battery does not perform, have you considered to have it checked out, if all cells work properly?

No AC only ECO mode on, 39 psi 20" Pirelli snow tires.

Sorry, I meant to attach a sad face instead of a thumbs up.

Don't mean to beat a dead horse... but still surprised in the variation in range we get in these cars when you take into account temperature, equipment and other stuff. Wow!
