Havent touched any of that stuff. I think we will wait until its time to go in for the interior alarm monitoring sensor swap and have them look at this the same time. Bunch of other updates they will have to do at that point from what I understand anyway, so fingers crossed that will get it cleared up.Perhaps have a look at the unit's connections yourself (very accessible) - did you have the amber side markers swapped for clear? - if so (and actually even if not) make sure seated correctly - other than that it just may be a PCM hang-up that needs clearing with PIWIS at dealership.
Ours did not come back after the (color icons on the PCM) software update last year. Could just be a coincidence and nothing to do with that, but so far so good.
