My car did not charge today, on the Porsche App it keeps showing as initilasing, did an initial few minutes charge but then stopped.

Has anyone had anything similar. I have started the pre heat from the app, even that has not triggered the charging, I have set to charge at 100 percent.

unplugged the charger and plugged in again still the same issue.

Recently installed the PMCC at home with 32A supply. I set the unit to the charge rating of 30A, the c/b popped the the other day so app said charging failed. dont know why this happened but could be the problem.

Mine charged last night with no issues to 100% as I have a long journey today. However it did fail like yours on Wednesday night, exactly the same.

I am not on Ovo (on Octopus Go) but mine failed to charge last night and threw a red error.

I am wondering if it's all linked to when there are general connectivity issues being reported?
Lots of problems reported here over the last few weeks - when connectivity seems to have been pretty chaotic in Europe.

Reports of it affecting people on Intelligent Octopus and Ovo on here.

I'm on OVO and having issues this week due to poor Porsche connectivity. It seems the Charge Anytime app needs to check in with Porsche/the car regularly to keep reporting back. This week it's cost me a fortune in paying full whack. Today it seems to be working fine
