Unrrstricted battery for pcm?

Still getting to learn everything with the taycan. In the myporsche app under functions>pcm services I have an alert that says "clear the connection fault" and when I click tells me pcm services can only connect if I run app in the background by going to battery settings and unrestricting the battery. How much more does this drain the battery and what services am I losing by having it set to "optimized"?

iPhone? If so, you can enable the background usage, then check the app usage under battery in settings. On my phone the My Porsche app has used 2% in the last 10 days.
