Updates without Porsche App?

Hello everyone! I recently bought 2020 Taycan Turbo S imported from Canada to Europe. As u know i dont have access to any online features. My question is there a way to install updates without porsche app and not visiting porsche dealer? As far as I know it can be done with PIWIS, but not sure. Thanks for attention

Any actual usefull updates for taycan were always done in service, never OTA

None of the updates have ever been dependent on the app.

Also, you can go to a porsche dealer, and pay to have your sim / e-sim in the car replaced with a european one, so it can work like any european Taycan.
