$15,000 for the carbon fiber Weissach rear spoiler. Should I just do it? Before I do, any alternatives I should consider? I really love the style.

But seriously, would anyone pay anywhere close to that for a spoiler? Does anyone know where I can get the Taycan version?

On the GT, the spoiler is a fixed one with the (fixed) wing on top.
So if you install a wing you should disable your original spoiler for obvious reasons...

Yes, I was going to say, the picture shows a wing (for downforce only), not a spoiler. The Taycan spoiler is likely mostly to pull laminar flow further back for drag reduction.

Do people really pay $39k for a carbon fiber hood? We need a recession!!

No it isn't, I'm afraid.
All the spoilers I have seen may kill a bit of the inevitable lift from Taycan/911 type shapes but except for downward facing ones on hatchbacks and estate cars usually increase drag.
There isn't much laminar flow on a car body.

Carbon fibre parts are expensive to manufacture because the process is slow. What amazes me is using something that expensive for cosmetic purposes!
A carbon fibre wing makes sense because it is structural, a carbon fibre chassis too but carbon trim doesn't, the weight saving over ally bodywork is small and may mainly be the paint!.

99% sure you can get it from china; from carbon fibre; at 20% the price.
80% is the usual porsche tax on trim stuff... it's how they make money

Maybe an unpopular opinion: to my eyes, the most beautiful 911 is the one with this clear classic curve, no appendice, no added air intake. I prefer the Carrera and C4 over the GT* (on the style criteria).
Same for a Taycan, which is a sport family car.

Also the costs vary considerably depending on the mould, fabric choice (very low quality carbon is adequate for non-structural items) the labour rate for laminators and the resin used. There could easily be a factor of 10 in the manufacturing cost due to these.

I am used to designing for either highest strength or highest stiffness where all these parameters are at the highest price end of the manufacturing process.
For cosmetic trim it can be at the cheapest end.

This video is interesting. Here is a screenshot:

Yes but CFD is not showing anything that isn't obvious to an aerodynamicist here.

The interesting bit (for me :)) was the underneath flow.

Road cars are massively better than they used to be at keeping the flow reasonably attached as far back as possible now.
This is what makes the most difference to drag since anything making the wake bigger increases drag.

The narrator keeps referring to the attached flow as laminar and the detached flow as turbulent, maybe because english isn't his first language. Attached and detached are technically correct, laminar and turbulent probably aren't.
IME the boundary layer may be laminar as far as the first discontinuity, usually the front of the bonnet (hood) then becomes turbulent. A turbulent boundary layer is usually a good thing because it is easier to keep attached so the attached flow will have a turbulent boundary layer. On very smooth surfaces a boundary layer trip is usually added to make sure the BL is stable and turbulent, though road cars don't have good enough surfaces, or critical enough aero, to make this necessary.

Anyone successfully add a wing to their non-weissach taycan? I'd imagine you'd have to disable the stock spoiler from lifting at highspeed. There are many $200 similar wings on eBay, just need to know if there's a solution for disabling the lift on the trunk.
