Agreed!Where you live is perfect for A/S tires. Some believe that they are terrible but the good ones work very well in moderate climates like yours.
Although A/S tires are often disparaged as "no season" tires, they really are the perfect compromise for most drivers whose climates rarely see snow and who are disinclined to drive in snowy conditions (no matter what types of tires).
