Depends on the specifics. I don't care for stretched coupes like the 6-series. For a coupe, I'd want something no bigger than a 911. And a vehicle that size would have to wait another 5 or 10 years; we don't want three cars, so our two vehicles need to be capable as family cars.

I don't see the 911 going full-EV for a WHILE. I do think there is a market for a 2-door/4-person EV (as you can see from 100s of people doing $250,000 deposits for the Tesla roadster).

would LOVE LOVE LOVE a two door version. Would make a sexy car even sexier AND move that damn B post further to the rear. 95% of the time my car has 1-2 people in it so missing rear doors not a giant problem.

Absolutely! I always tell people that the Taycan is almost the perfect car. My only beef is that it's a four-door.

Would You Buy a 2 Door Taycan (True Coupe)?

I'm in the "Taycan is just right" camp. Coupes always seem to be better looking than their four door counterparts, but having owned two coupes in the past, I'm done with them. If you actually want to use the back seats, there is nothing worse than having to get out of the front seat to let a back seat passenger in or out. I'm going to stick with the Taycan until the 911 EV hits the road -- at such time, excess baggage and passengers can find a new way to get where they are going.
