I would try that if I could get to the factory reset option. If I try to get to the system settings, the PCM tells me that I can’t access it while driving, even if the car is sitting in the garage.

Now that's a symptom you can take to service. If it was me I would swing by a local service for them to take a look, schedule an appointment for a fix if they cannot just reset it for you on the spot.

Interesting that it can be delivered via OTA.

That probably was the OTA then sent me an email about a couple of months before the dealer applied the update while there for another service. Either that or there is still an OTA due for my car that is taking months to deliver to my car. In case you’re thinking no LTE in the garage, I installed a femto-cell in my garage and Taycan gets full bars when parked.
