WTB Porsche Wall Charger Connect

Before anyone jumps all over me about how shitty this thing is....read on.

I am looking for one, preferably a non working unit but with an intact cable because I only plan to use the cable.

The plug at the end of the cable on mine is damaged and while it says connection established, that is all it does.

Is there anything special about that cable? I'd assume any decent quality cable of any length would do just fine.

the wall charger connect is a pretty good EVSE if you don't care about compatibility with other EV's…

if you don't find one Porsche parts are likely to be expensive.

Possibly. I have to remove the front two panels to see how it is wired to the main unit.
I figured I'd first try the OEM route before going another way.

60 amp. My Taycan can't use the full 100 amps this unit has though any replacement has to be able to handle the full 100 amps as the original so later, when I am forgetful, and if I update the breaker/car, I don't burn the house down. The wiring from the panel to the Porsche charger supports the full 100.

I have one, fairly mint condition, literally came here to post it for sale. It has the upgraded cable (safe) and all mounting attachments (unused). Probably in too good condition for your purpose, but if you're in the market...

Thanks, saw your post but that is the portable one, which our cars came with. I am after the after-sales version they sell for permanent home use. It gets mounted to a wall and is hard wired into your service panel. It ranges from as low as 15 amp all the way to 100 amp, (breaker size)

I doubt the cable from the ones we receive with the car are going to fit this wall unit.
