Well, PTS price for Guards Red, that is a color as no cost option for all other models. But you know... Maybe couple of months and will be no cost "new color" for Taycan as well, never know.PTS is available for 2022! I definitely would have gotten it up front if I'd known when I got my 2021.
Curious why you opted out of the alignment. Did the service center to a realignment check? If so, was it within specifications?Final update on this - got the car back. Turns out both rear tires had wear spots down to the cords, so the wear was at least uniform.
Opted not to do an alignment for now.
Aren’t you eligible for free alignment during the first 12 months/12000 miles?Dealer recommends alignment based on the wear and while I'm not thrilled at the extra charge I guess it's for the best given that wear pattern.
Very Informative. Thanks To share with usWith us being on longer service schedules than ICE, it's easy to overlook issues that a service advisor would have caught. For example, I left the house this morning and got a low tire warning. The pressure dropped visibly before my eyes so I turned around and got it into the garage safely.
I had no idea the tires were this worn at ~10500 miles.
I'll have to call roadside assistance for this one.

I had a flat the other day…no spare and the dealer, fortunately had one tire … only one on hand! Lotsa angst since the tow truck flatbed couldn’t get into the garage where I had parked. These special tires are not the usual so are rare to find if for instance you wanted to replace all 4! FWIW, my RWD Model S rear tires lasted ~10K miles while the front tires last well over 20K. I suspect the combo of lots of power and a 4000lb RWD drivetrain leads to early rear tire wear. It may be the same issue here. I haven't seen the same issue on AWD Teslas. I also never really noticed any wheel spin but I suspect it was always there in small doses...Not to mention trying (driving) too hard!
I don't like which is why I ordered turbo aero wheels instead of mission-e. Michelin PS4 is not available in 21" sizes.Just a quick question for those who has 21" Conti Procontact RX, how do you like the ride/noise/handling?
I am currently on Goodyear F1- 3 which I am not getting either smooth ride, low noise or good handling, so just plan ahead for the replacement tires....
TIA~
