First take on my new 2022 Taycan

I think whether or not the rear axle steering is needed depends on where you live. I went to UT Austin, then worked there for a few years before moving to Houston so I know that on campus, we often needed to parallel park, and many of the streets are narrow. But, Houston streets are much wider, and I don't remember the last time I needed to parallel park here so I don't think it'd be very handy. Also, to me the rear axle steering is another thing to break, and probably more difficult to align than without. My 2 cents.

I feel your pain. I bought my Taycan CPO and the one option I wish it had was RAS!

But I'm lucky to have all the other options and specs that I wanted.

Hi guys, had mine since November MY21 and I love it, £30k of options but no RAS, I have come from a Q8 with RAS, but I don’t struggle at all. I am often in and out of London with some very tight garage and parking access. The thing to do is not panic because some idiot is putting you under pressure, they aren’t going to pay for any damage for you so they can just wait

Love that black/chalk interior. We ordered it for our 4S, and again in our turbo. On the 4S, we got the Michelin tires, but I think the turbo will come with the Good Year tires like yours. I'd prefer the Michelins though.

Is this metallic jet black or solid black by the way? Looks very black which jet black often doesn’t, so just curious!

Time to get the windows tinted!

It is not a car for small places. I just find my self using surround view more. I set it to the steering wheel custom button so I turn it on instantly.

Good eye. Not many pick up on it. I like things to "match."

I did not spec the colored center caps, so the non colored are what I have (from the factory), but I swapped out the hood crest with silver and black to match them. I have not found one to swap the crest on the steering wheel and my key, but I am on the hunt.
