Just picked up our ‘22 CT4 earlier in the week. Built date 2/10. Finished production 2/25. No color icons on PCM. Love the car. One minor issues: native navigation came without a charging planner. If I set my destination, it will not add any charging stations to the route, instead it will show I’ll arrive with a minus battery percentage. Didn't spec PIRM but I thought charging planner is standard. I went through all submenus and I couldn’t find “enable charging planner” anywhere. I called Porsche support, no help so far… any ideas.

Check your account on My Porsche web site and see if Charging Planner is listed if not then contact your dealer as something may have gone wrong with the registration.
Thank you for the reply. Below are what I have. Is there a specific one for Charging Planner?

Sorry - see my update and there isn't a separate service
It's really weird. After I click on the 3 dots, I don't have route options, instead I have "route overview", "avoid", "alternative routes", etc.

Go on the navigation screen, then press the 3 buttons icon on the bottom right and you should see in there the Charge Planner setup

After I did that, I have "route overview", "avoid", "alternative routes", etc, but no route options nor charging planner.

If you use apple CarPlay, there’s an app called PlugShare that shows the chargers. I prefer this app bc there’s feedback about the chargers and you can see if they worked that day or reported as not working. You can plan a trip through the app as well. My taycan hasn’t left port so I have no help on that end. But I use plug share in my mache and find it helpful.

Thanks. Yes I do use PlugShare, ABRP and EA. From what I read in the forum and YouTube videos, the native Porsche estimation of battery % on arrival is pretty accurate. ABRP tends to be too conservative.

But still wondering why charging planner is missing from my CT.

You'll also want to use the native (missing for you) charging planner so the car prepares the battery for faster charging during longer trips. CarPlay apps won't do that.
