Do we get free / included Spotify Premium?

Since having the update, the My Porsche website is showing “Spotify Premium Contract term: to 2 Aug 2024” (the same expiration date for all my services).

I know you can use Spotify Premium after having the new update, but my question is do we receive some sort of trial/free service?

I’m guessing no, but you never know!

It’s not a problem either way as I already use Apple Music, but, Spotify would be nice to have if free, if only to be able to use shared Spotify playlists.

same showing up for me now. perhaps we do. i was having trouble linking my account the other day, tried spotify today and it worked. i assumed the linking worked but just checked myporsche and see that i have a contract until 2024 that coincides with the date i picked up the car and my other services expire on the same date

I think it's simply to allow use of the software for Spotify within the car ? I might be wrong.
I have Spotify for the family and it connected up first time no probs. Can play it independently by "play Spotify " or via Spotify on my phone.

i definitely don't get the licence option and when I click on the spotify icon, it says I don't have a valid licence... confused...

I just got my car back from the dealer after getting the update. I now get the same license error message when selecting the Spotify App.

I contacted the smart connect mobility guys. Waited 2 weeks for an answer now it has been enabled. So it works but it’s a bit glitchy. Also no free period. You need a Spotify premium or family account that is already active.
