I’ve been avoiding jumping into any of these delivery threads with all the delays. Now that my car has been moved to port I’m hopeful for a Dec. delivery. TYD says Dec 16. My car will be delivered through Houston to Austin. Here’s the Gulf shipping schedule if anyone needs it.

That Siem Confucius doesn't make sense. Emden in December and delivery in November.

Typo by the looks of it. Should probably read 14/11/2022. If you look at the Cicero schedule you can see a similar day spread for the route.

July 13. You can see all of my dates and read my tale of sorrow in this thread if you feel so inclined.
Thanks. Sorry for your loss. Mine was 7/19. Hope all of us waiting get on a boat real soon (and safely into port).

With Porsche goes public, delivery number is one of the main focus. I would assume its going to push to report a huge delivery (jump) in Q4. With this, I think most of us will be taking delivery before year end.

My excitement of taking delivery is getting less now after all these delays.

I know everyone is under massive supply chain constraints, but the bean counters fucked up massively by single-sourcing a component like a 12v battery. I’m sure they having multi-source arrangements in place for lead-acid batteries like they do tyres, or at the very least another supplier they could turn to if say Bosch fucks up.

I hope they’ve learnt their lesson. This has been utterly miserable for their customers. Many of whom have long memories.

Production starts today on our 4CT. PP8VEJB9. Already received notification that my Bose has been deleted. Currently showing arrival at my dealer in SC on 12/2. After reading this thread I feel like there is zero chance of that happening. Hoping for a Christmas miracle!

My build just unfroze for the second time, new freeze date just before start of production in November. which also moved out by a couple of weeks with all the remaining dates - that happened earlier this month then my order defrosted the first time.

I almost wonder if they are tempting customers to make changes which they can use as an excuse to reschedule production. My build has had 0 changes since I got the allocation, a side effect of waiting over a year for a car is that I had a lot of time to tweak the build, so absolutely no need for changes unless some new option (like 1100hp tri-motor) was to become available. My latest delivery date still says 12/30.

Possibly some exciting news for those of us waiting on batteries…

My car had been waiting for transport at the holding area near the factory since the end of August, until this morning. TYD now says it’s arrived at emden! I won’t celebrate until its actually in my driveway, but it seems like there’s movement happening.

I guess we'll know in 2 weeks! Next WC bound boat is 11/4, so if not on that, we're all guaranteed a 2023 delivery

Well, my 2023 GTS had an estimated date of Start Production for today 10/21 and also became ACTUAL date today on 10/21! So far, all estimated dates have become actual dates within 1-3 days ever since I received my allocation in early September, so it appears to be following the scehdule to a T.

I’m still very skeptical about that 12/2 dealership arrival date though, because that would mean my car would finish production, transport to Emden, make the ocean voyage to Baltimore, MD port, transport to Chicago area to my dealer, all in just 41 days! Seems impossibly optimistic.

Well, my production just moved from November to December, and delivery now moved to mid January (originally mid December, then end of December, now mid January). :( Need a January deliveries thread (or perhaps we just rename this one, or is anyone in this thread actually confident they will get their car in December?).

I did notice something confusing. Not only future dates are moving, but also past dates. My freeze point was reached and then defrosted while moving forward a few of times (original was in September, now in November), but they've also reset my "Order Created" date a few of times (the very first milestone in TYD). Any idea what that's all about? Is it some middle management tweaking dates because they are tracking "Order to delivery" times so they move the order date every time they move estimated delivery they reset the order date to keep that metric shorter? Every time I see order date change, I worry that my build options may change without my knowledge too.
