PDI - Pre-Delivery Inspection where they checked everything is functioning and do software updates.

Car came 3 days in advance… I was not able to go and was planned for today…. BUT before start driving there got a text… rescheduled for tomorrow >>>> update needed <<<<

not much I can do. Looks like tomorrow is the pick up…. Its MY23 produced 8/1 which is after the big update was out…. How does
It ship without the update or is it a diff one?

Don't know for sure, but was told mine needed a few hours for updates - MY23 model build in Aug.

Took my delivery today. Car is amazing.
Question. Does the optimized charging auto stops at 80% or do I need to manually set it to stop charging at 80%.
Accepting classes/tips to configure the car the best way.

Didn’t take delivery today but saw the car and put down the $. Finally (after waiting 1 year)!!!

Do all Taycan charging cables come in a black bag for storage (I’ve seen them on most all pics).

My car didn’t have the bag for the cables and my SA was trying to tell me that because mine is a RWD maybe it doesn’t come with the bag??? Sounds kind of fishy….

Look on your standard equipment list . Everything that’s in there , would need to be in the car at time of delivery , it show’s minimum equipments that shall be in the car if you didn’t option anything.

Kermit made it onto the Sunshine Ace so here I am back in the November thread. Denver will have a new Mamba Green Taycan CT running around in a couple weeks!

Did Kermit make it out of Houston?
My car is still showing 'port processing' more than a week after Sunshine Ace moored. I'm sure Thanksgiving threw the schedule off, my SA said it passed port inspections but that was it. I was kinda thinking both our cars could be on the same truck to Colorado.

No! Stupid Thanksgiving. My car still shows the "port processing" too. My SA told me Kermit and several other Taycans for their dealership are sitting there waiting.
