I didn't need to go into the account to find the Charge Anytime offer. I just downloaded the Charge Anytime App, linked it to my Porsche ID and it worked.correction
link phone app to car.
I also did this. It was very simple and just worked through a number of steps including dropping a pin on my home location and adding my Porsche ID ( although you have to remember your Porsche ID log in!). Took maybe 2 mins.I didn't need to go into the account to find the Charge Anytime offer. I just downloaded the Charge Anytime App, linked it to my Porsche ID and it worked.
Hmmm, mine tends to work out at very close to 10p. Exactly 25.0kw and unit rate Exactly 34p? Have you checked your unit rate in the OVO Energy App?So, first charge completed successfully. As per a previous post the numbers look a bit squiffy though! I was at 74% battery when started and charged to 100%, buy bear in mind I only have the 78kw battery and I’m sure not all of this is usable. The charge app said it added 25kw, which sound too high to go from from 74-100% on a 78kw battery. My pod point said 22 kw were added. For the 25kw it gave me £5.33 credit. My unit rate is 34p so I theory the credit should be 25 units x 24p and £6. So 67p short or around a charge of 12.5p a unit not 10p?? Appreciate its not mega money but if its supposed to be 10p it should be 10p and also unsure why it’s saying it’s added more kw than I think it has?
Is that unit rate from the OVO Energy App, mine is slightly lower than the original quote they gave me.33.99p unit rate and 25.1kw, so close enough.
I believe that figure to be ex vat ( although I noted it incorrectly said including vat on one doc. Mine as per below which plus 5% vat is 33. 98p .Is that unit rate from the OVO Energy App, mine is slightly lower than the original quote they gave me.
Yes, no change. I added a few more kw when I got home just to check that changing the leave time Initiated a charge immediately which it did. These are my figures now.Did you wait a reasonable time after the charge finished before looking at the power used and the rebate. I have found that immediately after the charge finishes, the ChargeAnywhere app shows a lower power and rebate than if you look half an hour or an hour later. It’s almost like the app catches up by adding some new data or something.
