My Porsche App connectivity

Has anyone else lost the connection between the App or online to Porsche servers. Mine dropped off at 3.48pm today. Car has an LTE connection so seems to be a back end issue.

I also had no connection between 13.00 and around 15.30. I thought that the car wasn’t charging but when I checked in the car it was. This wasn’t visible in the app, it showed me the status of yesterday. Right now the app works and shows the right charge.

Thanks for the feedback. Maybe they are doing maintenance on the servers. Hopefully mine will be back on this evening.

Mine was fine earlier today. Though I noticed LTE icon was crossed off ion the PCM when I got out around 2:30pm When I checked a bit deeper, the connection said 'Vodafone UK' and gave 4/5 bars.

Just had a look on the app now and green dot is there....so looks OK.

Seems to me that Porsche “do maintenance on the servers” all the time which makes the Porsche app and any other apps that use the Porsche Connect API very unreliable. My car ended up with 100% charge this morning because the OVO ChargeAnytime app lost connectivity to the servers after 01:00 this morning so could not update the Enode profile.

In response to all above since Saturday pm I lost PorscheAPP in the middle of a charging session. Came back on line during early hours of Sunday then didn’t work after 0900hrs until this morning Monday 5th June.
Reliability issues on this app has not be good and no apology or explanation provided from Porsche. This would have be nice to receive a communication to at least explain to us the problem.
Coincidentally I received an OTA update the day before this happened on my HV battery with no great explanation as to what id
These issues would seem to be happening more and more regularly and manufacturers should take on board their customers.

I lost access last night , back again this morning - but my second driver had full access. I think it is quite buggy. Today ok un til just now when it spontaneously went into privacy mode allegedly.

Yep mine did that yesterday but car wasn't actually in privacy mode when I checked. The app corrected itself about an hour later

Spontaneous privacy mode (not, as you say, set on the car) happened right after I tried to connect from a place with poor mobile coverage. That happened once before — i wonder whether there is a connection (pun not intended)?

I’ve been having same issue which is really annoying as my car didn’t charge. Wife can see my car state. I can’t see anything and take to Ovo all my previous timers are off

Had to manually turn them on today

I have had issues over the past week with the App showing the car in privacy mode when it's not. It was resolved by moving close to the car/getting in. I notice this evening though that the issue has resolved!

I'm guessing that either Kaluza or Porsche have changes something that is now preventing Kaluza profiles and timers appearing in the car?
I am currently controlling mine by setting timers in the car/Porsche App.

That’s what I’m doing. At least my precool will be automatic in the morning now
