Taycan not connected online for few days

Hi
Apologies if this has been covered before
I've seen for past 3 days in the car the roads on the satnav are all "grey" ie not displaying green/amber/red traffic info

The app also is red button "no connection to vehicle " and the info of charge etc is from 21st Sept (a week ago)

Is this the same issue others have mentioned ? I'm unsure as other threads say everything is working again

I am in Cheshire / Sth Manchester.
I have been having issues of late.

Had the whole PCM go blank while driving a couple of times recently then cone back on. I think this happens when PCM is updating?

App was signed out and asked me to sign back in.

Wodget (android) was completely blank. But worked if you tapped it.

Uninstalled widget and it's back to normal now - although timer is running late 'unable to reach set charge' and will run about 45 mins late even though it didn't need much charge.

Mine (PCM) went yellow briefly a couple times rather than off

I've previously had to reboot it using the 2 finger trick

But still completely disconnected from online services

After a 15min hold to connect finally got through to Porsche Connect UK so said "we know - technicians in Germany trying to fix it - no ETA on when it will be fixed"

I think it has been a week now that mine is not connected. Has anyone else had theirs start working? Are we all still disconnected? Did anyone find a solution like logging out and back in again in the car?

Whilst I am not please it is helpful to know that it is not only me. I contacted them via the app today but not heard anything yet. Oh well. Good old Porsche IT.

How exactly? I tried the account login tile but it said there was no data connection. Then I switched to Guest account then back to me. Still no connection in the app. I have the red dot
