How much of this is coming directly from the chargers and car, and how much data is needed to add manually?

For each stop, I begin by entering mileage and SoC, then start the timer.

When charging begins I enter the plug and charge success and max kW manually.

The photo is manual, of course.
When done I use the scan button to capture kWh added, ending SoC, charging minutes and cost if applicable.

So in short, a few manual bits and the rest OCR from the screen.

Oh I had plenty of EA hijinks, but was never stranded thankfully.

I’ll update with the day 2 posts tonight. Currently enduring a crisis as the home we rented here has an extremely steep slope to the garage.

I did that in 2016. I had a super bad experience with a shipper that went awol for a month with my car. I said never again after that!
