Here they are on my 22. Been running them for just over a year now.
I choose to keep a higher side profile tile rather than the low profile given our roads are not so great here in the NE.
If you have air suspension/adaptive dampers I don't think higher sidewalls make that much of a difference.
It only influences the feel in steering, it becomes less direct and more sponcy...
But hé, if it works for you it's ok.
They don't look bad so I'm sure you enjoy them and that's what matters. ??

I have them. Seller will negotiate (paid less than $2000). No complaints with them - pics attached. The boxes they came in are a well known wheel company but i don't remember what it's called.

Does anyone actually know why Porsche forces you to purchase the upgraded surface coated brakes when selecting the Mission-E wheels in the configurator? I always thought it was merely a BS money grab but what do I know.

Porsche forces you to select a larger brake rotor to fit the larger wheel. So you can choose either the surface-coated rotors or the carbon ceramic rotors, but not the smaller iron rotors to go with the Mission E wheels. Some owners have fitted the Mission E wheels with the smaller iron rotors after delivery, and the look is controversial.

Is the controversy around the design of the wheel being so "open" that it puts a spotlight on the small red calipers?

Looks like they also have a 21" version now, anyone ordered it?

They had them in 19, 20, and 21 when I purchased mine a couple years ago. Still loving mine. After 2 years, only problem is that the red in the Porsche center caps have started to fade, but I believe they are going to send me replacements. Could always get OEM center caps and wouldn't have that issue. The wheels still look new and have no fading after 2 years in the Florida sun.

I don’t think they force it, just “nudge you”. The configurator automatically selects the bigger brakes when you select mission E’s, but IIRC you can go back and uncheck the bigger brakes and mission E’s will stay selected. There are a few options in Porsche configurator like that - auto selected when selecting another option, but allowed to uncheck it. Tricky sales/marketing? Of course it would not let you select 19” wheels with bigger brakes, since the wheels would not fit.

The 2025 allows you to get mission r without the bigger brakes, but previously you were required to purchase the upgraded brakes in order to get the mission e wheels.

I'm thinking about getting these wheels for my 2022 (20 inch). Are folks still happy with them? Any quality, safety or appearance issues a few years later? Thanks!
