Yes, it’s just a power supply. As long as the plug fits in the car socket then it will charge. All plugs in Europe are standard so we don’t need adapters but you might

Yes, it is possible to charge a Tesla with the correct adapter. You may have to change – increase the charging current to 40A .
You do that from the settings menu of the mobile charger.

Based on its performance history, some might suggest the Porsche charger is always in Dumb mode.

It is always in dumb mode it has no direct programming control (the car controls the timer and profiles and not the PMC / PMCC) and therefore suitable for any and all EVs

my two PMCC's failed to successfully charge Tesla's - normally during the charging session the PMCC would encounter an "internal breaker" trip - which had to be manually reset - even when lowering the amperage the "internal breaker" would still trip - Porsche was unresponsive to any attempts to diagnose and resolve the problem - ultimately they did not care…

it's one of many reasons the Porsche EV chargers EVSE's are a poor choice for home charging system. EVSE's are not supposed to be vendor/vehicle specific.

good luck - if it works great - if it doesn't Porsche will be unresponsive to resolving the issue.

the PMCC in North America is a whole different beast with many many more problems than the European Porsche chargers.
