I have had this happen 2/2 times when using the Tesla Supercharger in europe.
Looking on other platforms, facebook groups, etc; this seems to be very common in europe.

Basically following a charging session at a tesla supercharger, the car end up with the yellow "Electrical system error - service required". Locking it and going away (significant range and 15-30mins), or de-coupling the 12v battery seems to fix this 9/10 times. For some people, seems the convertor was faulty / braking down and had to had the car towed.

Most of these errors, at least in other communities I follow, seem to be immediately after tesla supercharger use.

What's your experience with tesla superchargers in EU on taycan?

I have not had any problems at all at V3 SuC. Worked as it should and have given me steady 130 kW charge!

sounds strange!

I think we are talking about different tesla chargers? I am refering to the 250 kw tesla super chargers. They definitely give more than 130; in my experience they actually hit the max of 250 when charging a taycan.

And if it's not supposed to reach such high speeds, then maybe that is the actual problem ?

Was your Tesla SuC a V4 charger? They are said to be capable of 800 volt.
The V3 SuC get up to 250 kW for a Tesla model3 in my experience. But that was with a 400 volt charger, which the V3 SuC has.
Did it look like this?

That would be great if these now deliver 800 volt!!

If it wasn't a v4 supercharger, do you have the 150kW/400V option?

Sadly I don't remember the look, and on tesla's website it doesn't state: https://www.tesla.com/findus/location/supercharger/krienssupercharger

But I was for sure charging over 200kw; and as soon as I unplugged it I got the yellow electrical system error ring.

Well if you were getting over 200kW it was not likely using the 150kW/400V option. I've found that to get around ~135kW real-world.

I'm guessing this is some kind of software handshake bug on disconnection, especially if it happens repeatably.

Do you know if you stopped the charge on the Tesla side, or the car side with the button? It would be interesting to try the alternate method and see if it still happens.

Charging was stopped via the APP; stopping it from the car button actually didn't work, now that you point it out.

I will mention that I have charged since, with Ionity and other providers here in switzerland, and stopping via the button has worked no issue.

I have had exactly the same. In both cases I was charging to 95%+. My OPC have diagnosed the issue as a fault with the HV battery booster.

Just to confirm, in your case, the issue didn't go away by itself, and you had to get your car towed to porsche?

Because i am 99% sure for any warning that's not there or that they can reproduce, porsche will do nothing ?

I am tempted to send them this, but since they won't be able to reproduce the error i doubt they will do anything

I’ve had the same issue yesterday after charging at a Tesla Supercharger.
Had to lock the car and go out of reach of the keyless system and leave it like that for 15-30 minutes.

I had this over the summer at a Tesla charger in Spain. Here’s the error it triggered in Car Scanner. It took 2hrs for mine to clear.

I would be interested how people ended their session. I think I did it via the Tesla app so I was wondering if that had something to do with it.
