Repairs are going ahead, I authorized that Monday morning but I am still trying to chase the diagnostic data, I need this for my own sanity!!
This is what I got from my PCNA CSR this morning:

Thank you for your email. I have advised Tom Wood Porsche management that you have requested a copy of the diagnostic data. We kindly ask that you make an appointment to consult directly with them.

If that was true the dealers would never be able to sell cars "AS-IS", which is of course done all the time. The only responsibility of the dealer is to inform the customer of the potentially deadly circumstance, not to stop them from driving.
An interesting point, but you’re making up rules for liability. Dealers may have pushed for laws that allow for liability free sales, in which case you would be correct. It would make sense for most used car sales. Absent a statutory framework, other general principles of law would come into it and decide the case. As we know, this entire circumstance is taking place within a legal setting which serves to govern and leaven the actions of participants.
One insight which is emerging from this case, at least for me, is that a manufacturer, based on its decades of experience, must manage the risks it is willing to accept - and impose on customers - through design decisions it takes. Here the protective plate in question was deemed an acceptable level of protection, even without some warning system to the driver. The manufacturer went further. It established an acceptable level of breach or intrusion, the 3mm, past which the battery system must be changed out. That series of decisions must have been the most cost effective protection in their judgment. The apparent lack of catastrophes associated with the design appears to have vindicated this decision. Of course, in this particular case the catastrophic level has been reached, greater than 3mm -- but without the catastrophe! Small comfort to the OP.

So I got my car back with some good news; one time 2,5mm dent, so below the threshold, and one of 5mm, but on a place with a higher threshold. No further inspection or replacement needed.

The yellow stripes are from the yellow speed bumps in my city. I already contacted the city in April or May that speed bumps are too high and they confirmed that it is a fault. So I’ll contact them to fix the mess under my vehicle. My insurance company told me today they will help me getting things done if the city doesn’t cooperate

@Jasper4S, these are really professional highly precise and calibrated tools dealers use to measure 3mm or more gaps where fractions of a mm may matter. Tom Wood uses a tire depth gage and yours uses a school ruler and some handy metal bar.

I’m not complaining. This method saved my ass

Speed bumps are a danger to us all!
Seeing @Jasper4S damage most likely cased by a speed bump, I am thinking @Maelstrom hit a speed bump with a big lug on top to hold it to get the dent as we have many areas with unusually high speed bumps in one particular shopping area that I visit often but go slow in lift mode. I will go get some pictures when I am out.

I think it's most likely, a piece of rebar sticking up from a speed bump.

I've been surprised accidentally by speed bumps once or twice myself. I don't *think* I see any battery dents, but without putting it on the lift it's impossible to be sure.

I go over them with extreme caution now.

Yeah it can’t be a rock. These dents are from something real, like bottoming out etc. I still remember the sound when I did.

I saw one dent, but the other one almost totaled my car. My advice is when you bottomed out once; get is asap on a lift and inspect your vehicle.

Fortunately no bottoming out yet - just a bouncey jolt when a speed bump surprised me. (No scraping)
