Pirelli PZero tread wear warranty vs actual life?

I just noticed the tread warranty on the original equipment Pirelli PZero tires is 25000 miles.
These tires actually have a 50000 mile warranty on vehicles where the front & rear tires are the same size & can be rotated.
I’m finding that my rear tires will be lucky to get to 15000 but my fronts will likely get to 25000. Has anyone gotten the Pirelli warranty on their rear tires when they don’t reach 25000 miles?
The prorated amount should be at least 30% to 40% if you only get 15000 miles or less out of the rears.
Also wondering if anyone has any experience with the tread life of the Michelin Pilot Sport 4S in the rear but also for the front tires.
I’ve had the Michelin Pilot Sport on my last Porsche Boxster and the ride like a dream.

I just found there is a new Pirelli PZero all season plus elect which has a 50K mileage warranty which means for the rear tires on the Taycan the warranty is 25K. If you have the original Pirelli pZero all season plus then the warranty is 80% of the 50K or 40K when used on an EV. The front tires designed for EVs is supposed to have a 50K warranty and the standard Pirelli pZero all season plus tires are supposed to have a 50K warranty as well.
The Michelin P4 Sport apparently has a 40k tread wear warranty and I don’t believe they have an EV version.
In either case I will not get close to 20K or 25K from my rear tires. I’ve only got 7K miles on the fresh set of tires of my CPO back in November 2023. I’m told I have 4/32” remaining and I started at 8/32” new.
My front tires are at 6/32 after 7K miles so it appears I have another 14K before the fronts are done but the rears may be gone before I even reach 10K or maybe 11K.
Wondering what others are experiencing. My wife & I don’t drive our Taycan aggressively and we are always on perfectly paved roads in Orange County so I’m surprised how quickly these tires are wearing out.

I am going through the same process of figuring out what to replace Continental All Seasons on 21 inch wheels with and there are no options besides much worst Goodyears. The wear pattern you are describing is the opposite for me with fronts worn out by 14k miles and rears having a bit more to go may be to 20k miles with Continentals warrantied to similar levels that you are stating, so my plan was to go with the same Continentals and claim prorated warranty amounts when they wear out way before warrantied levels of 45K for each as listed but half of that for the rears since front/rears are not the same size.

This is very helpful but help me figure out where you are sourcing Pirelli or Michelin All-Season tires for 21-inch wheels as I only know of 2 OEM fitting tires for 21-inch wheels in All Seasons in the US: Continentals and Goodyears that are NF0/NF1 certified and sold on TireRack.

I use America’s Tire or Discount Tire to get either the Pirelli PZero AS or the Michelin Pilot Sport AS.
My dealer has quoted me the Pirelli PZero tires for both front & rear.

I would like to see that quote as I am not aware of All Season Pirellis for 21-inch.
